Application:
Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, and it is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.
The ball mill can be used to virous materials with dry type and wet type and other grind-able material.
Working principle:
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device which is driven by the outer gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material evenly goes into the first chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. The material is discharged from the discharging part after the secondary grinding. Then the whole grinding process is finished.
Structure fearture:
The ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging department, rotary department, transmission division and other major components. The liner is detachable. The drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
